WE ARE 2 YEARS OLD!

This month, we at Artura are celebrating our 2nd Anniversary, and what a two years it has been. 

In our first two years, we have -

• Gone from 3 to 24 Staff

• Grown our network from 16 to 131 Repairers Nationwide

• Opened our brand new Head Office in Colchester, Essex

• Become the largest outsourced estimating firm in the UK (possibly even the world??), and to date, have generated over £79,605,612.66 worth of revenue for the bodyshop industry.

• Opened a dedicated claims/repair placement department

• Developed a market-leading intervention process specifically to help Insurers 

• Opened a dedicated engineering department

• Launched our bespoke claims reporting app (powered by Agile Claim)

In our second year, we have – 

• Processed 60% more assessments (YOY)

• Placed 148% more repairs (YOY)

• Increased our revenue by 163% (YOY)

We are now able to – 

• Place any repair within 24 hours

• Carry out assessments within 24 hours 

• Carry out engineers reports within 24 hours

• Have an average instruction to complete repair time of 29 days across all claim types using our network (only 19 days when completed through our complete intervention mechanism)
