Like many businesses in our field, we recently encountered challenges due to forces beyond our control. Rather than letting these setbacks define us, we made the strategic decision to bring in new ownership through administration - ensuring continuity of service while securing our future.


We're proud to announce that Kyle and Mike Harris of Auto Logistic Solutions (ALS) have acquired the business and are now co-owners of what is now Artura Solutions Limited. This represents a perfect alignment of values - we all believe in putting the client at the centre of everything we do and maintaining the highest standards that our sector demands.


Why This Ownership Change Makes Sense

Kyle brings years of invaluable knowledge in the automotive field, having built ALS into a very well-established and respected credit hire company of over 15 years. Their track record speaks for itself, and their approach to business perfectly complements our own dedication to excellence.


Most importantly, this wasn't just about finding new owners - it was about finding the right owners. Kyle and Mike's philosophy is completely aligned with ours, sharing our belief that outstanding client care should be at the heart of everything we do. Their proven success in building and sustaining relationships in our market made them the natural choice for Artura's future.


Kyle Harris, new co-owner said: "I was approached by AH and PG to look at a way to maintain the good work that Artura were doing. It was clear to me the financial impact of the peripheral companies was impossible to overcome in its present form. However I recognised that there was still true value in Artura, and its services it offered to work providers and the network of vehicle repairers.

Our main goal is to re-establish the faith and confidence in the Artura brand, ensuring that there is NO IMPACT financially upon the Artura repair network."


Paul Goddard, Co-founder, comments: "When we faced challenges earlier this year, I knew we needed partners who shared our values and commitment to excellence. Kyle and Mike Harris bring not just financial strength, but decades of industry knowledge and a client-first approach that mirrors our own. Management Structure Moving Forward

Co-founder Paul Goddard will continue to oversee the company as a whole alongside Kyle and Mike Harris (father and son), ensuring continuity of leadership and maintaining the relationships that have made Artura successful. Meanwhile, co-founder Anthony Heard will be taking a step back from day-to-day operations but will continue to promote Artura and build relationships across the sector, leveraging his extensive network and knowledge.
