When will I receive the contribution?
The contribution (up to £150) will be automatically deducted from your excess payment upon completion of repairs. You'll only pay the remaining balance (if any) when you collect your vehicle.
What if my excess is less than £150?
If your excess is £150 or less, we'll cover the entire amount for you—meaning you'll pay nothing towards your excess!
Do I need to do any paperwork?
No. We handle all aspects of the process, including all necessary paperwork and communication with your insurance company.

The Artura excess contribution offer is only applicable for fault claims processed through your own insurance provider. The contribution (up to a maximum of £150) will be applied as a deduction from your excess payment upon satisfactory completion of all repairs and is not available as a cash alternative. This offer is only valid when full payment for repairs is received.
