Lifetime Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Scope of Guarantee: Artura offers this lifetime repair guarantee on workmanship and parts for repairs facilitated through our repair network. The guarantee applies only to the specific repairs arranged by Artura and performed by our approved independent repair facilities.

Duration and Transferability: The guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the vehicle while it remains under the ownership of the original customer who authorised the repair through Artura. This guarantee is non-transferable and immediately terminates upon the sale or transfer of the vehicle to another owner.

Repair Network Relationship: Artura operates as a repair network coordinator and does not physically perform repairs. All repairs are completed by independent repair facilities that have contracted with Artura. While Artura facilitates and guarantees the quality of repairs, the actual repair work is performed by these independent contractors.

Claim Process: To make a claim under this guarantee, the customer must contact Artura directly here, not the repair facility. Artura reserves the right to inspect the vehicle to verify that the issue is related to the original repair before authorising corrective action.

Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, environmental factors, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after the original repair. Maintenance items that typically require periodic replacement are not covered. The guarantee is void if repairs or modifications related to the original repair are performed by facilities not authorised by Artura.

Limitation of Liability: Artura's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the specific components originally repaired. Artura is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial loss, or transportation costs. In no event shall Artura's liability exceed the original cost of the repair.

Quality Standards: While Artura makes every effort to ensure high-quality repairs through our network partners, variations in colour match, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects if they fall within industry standards.

Modification of Terms: Artura reserves the right to modify these guarantee terms for future repairs. Any modifications will not affect guarantees already in effect.

Legal Jurisdiction: This guarantee gives customers specific legal rights, and customers may also have other rights which vary by location. Any disputes arising from this guarantee shall be resolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction where Artura's principal place of business is located.

Severability: If any provision of this guarantee is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
