Artura Forms Strategic Alliance with Leading Commercial Vehicle Specialist Vanaways


Artura is delighted to announce a new exclusive partnership with leading commercial vehicle broker Vanaways, creating a powerful alliance that will provide fleet owners with rapid vehicle repair solutions across the UK.


Streamlining Vehicle Repairs for Fleet Owners

Bristol-based Vanaways has signed an exclusive deal to work with Artura, giving their customers priority access to our network of 130 bodyshops nationwide.

This strategic partnership creates mutual benefits across both businesses. Artura will promote Vanaways as a vehicles provider to our bodyshop customers, while Vanaways will direct their fleet customers to our repair network, providing a regular stream of work for our bodyshops while helping businesses minimise costly vehicle downtime.


Part of a Larger Strategic Alliance

The agreement is the latest in a series of strategic arrangements announced by Vanaways this year, following partnerships with Veriforce CHAS and Fleetmaxx Solutions. Together, these organisations will provide customers with holistic services ranging from fuel and fleet cost reduction to risk prevention, compliance, supply chain services, and now an end-to-end claims management service through Artura.

Bridging the Gap Between Claims Management and Repairs


Anthony Heard, Co-Founder explained the vision behind the partnership: "What we've decided to offer is a service which straddles the divide between claims management companies and bodyshops. This relationship with Vanaways will request SLAs which demand immediate attention for Vanaways work, in exchange for the significant volume which will be sent the way of those bodyshops we work with.

In a challenging economy and with insurance premiums and excess prices rising, we're finding that many vehicle owners are no longer claiming for minor repairs. That's causing bodyshops to struggle to meet the necessary revenue requirements. We want to offer out the complete claims management package that will give clients the best customer journey whilst helping bodyshops optimise their space and time. Together our bodyshops, alongside Artura, will drive down wasted claims costs which will make it better for the Vanaways customer base. It's a model where everyone wins.

For the customer, the potentially crippling costs of having vehicles off the road – estimates range from £400 to £800 per day – can be minimised through this relationship. In general, it's a people-based approach not a system-based one. We're all highly experienced, we've all worked in the big corporate industry and we know there's a better way of doing things."
